BOOTJACK POLICY ON RETURNS, EXCHANGES, AND REFUNDS

Returns, refunds, and exchanges A receipt must accompany all returns. The BootJack, Inc. reserves the right to refuse any returns or exchanges after thirty (30) days from the original date of purchase. All return and exchange items must be in new (not worn or soiled) condition. All returns and exchanges originally charged to an industrial account will be credited to that industrial account unless specific permission to do otherwise is granted by the industrial account.

If a manufacturer's defect or material defect occurs with footwear within six (6) months from the original date of purchase The BootJack, Inc will repair or replace footwear at The BootJack's option. This does not cover excessive wear (durability) or fit. Clothing is covered for a period of thirty (30) days. The original receipt must accompany all defective returns. There are no refunds on defective returns.
